The intern will be a representative for our company and will be directly involved with the Boston Regional Associate in holding Dress for Success conferences at colleges in the New England area. Direct hands on experience in the fashion PR world. Someone that is seeking to learn more about the Fashion PR industry. Self motivated, desire to learn and take the initiative on assigned projects. Exceptional organizational and personal skills. Positive attitude. Reliable. Independent. Willing to work in a fast pace environment. Enjoys industry events and parties. Available to intern at least 2-3 days a week. Internship is unpaid but will be eligible for college credit, intern will also have the opportunity to expand their network of contacts through their connection with Blank Label and will receive fabulous experience and knowledge in the fashion-business world. General Summary: The Assistant Designer provides operational support to the Design team in the creation and execution of a line. He/she researches relevant trends, maintains the organization of the design office, communicates with the cross functional team (Merchandising, Production, Graphics), and assists the team in preparation for all milestone meetings. Position Responsibilities: Research and identify trends that are relevant to the P.S.
