I was a little sad to watch Carla during the Top Chef finale. I really wished she would have just stayed with her original ideas. She will more than likely win fan's favorite. The only thing I can say is follow your heart and don't let anyone make you stray from your path. Follow your bliss Carla you are an amazing person and chef. You made me smile during the whole season and I love how you showed everyone that it's never too late to follow your dreams. I love her strong spirit and hope I will have to opportunity to enjoy here great food soon.
