I'm finally getting my sewing machine today, I am so excited I can't wait for the UPS delivery guy to show up with my little Bernina. I came across these really pretty images from sewing rooms on flickr, which I will be using as inspiration for my own. I wish they made more colorful metal sewing machines like they use to... I love old machines they look so beautiful and work harder than the plastic cheap ones they make these days.
That yellow sewing machine is precious! I have one that my grandma gave me. It's a Singer from the '60s and it's cream and Tiffany blue. It's so cute but badly needs to be serviced at the moment.
